I'm Sierra, a seasoned designer with over a decade of experience spanning web design, ecommerce, graphic design, and user experience. Over the past 5+ years in web design and ecommerce, I've honed a deep understanding of what it takes to build digital experiences that are both beautiful and results-driven, and my 7 years in UX design and 10+ years in graphic and apparel design bring a holistic, brand-conscious perspective to everything I create.

In my current role, I excel in managing and updating web content within CMS platforms, building landing pages, updating imagery, and adding content to collection pages. I coordinate closely with marketing teams and designers to ensure timely delivery while adhering to brand style guidelines. My expertise extends to optimizing on-site user touchpoints, conducting A/B testing, and analyzing results to enhance the customer experience. I also collaborate with external development agencies to prioritize UX improvements and regularly wireframe new page layouts. Across both ecommerce and professional business spaces, I've partnered with a wide range of clients on multiple CMS platforms.

Having overseen the successful delivery of over 100 websites, I'm well-versed in managing edit requests and leading the integration of best practices and innovative software solutions. I'm driven by a passion for continuous growth, personally and professionally, and am committed to fostering environments where creativity and collaboration can thrive.

Outside of work, I channel my creativity into illustration and designing logos and apparel for fitness and lifestyle brands, helping elevate their identities and online presence.
